I figured this thing was gonna be a super cheap piece of crap and break quick or some or all of the features it claims would either not work or quit working but i was desperate for a wireless mouse and took the gamble for the price. I'm glad i did because i love this thing, it has 2 modes of transmission selectable beneath it via a 3 position switch (2.4ghz - off - bluetooth) and the 2.4ghz usb dongle sits in a small out of the way compartment underneath it. So far the tracking works very smoothly and consistently in the 2.4ghz mode and most of the time in bluetooth mode it does well. I've only had it lag on a couple of devices in the bluetooth mode but i think that is mainly the fault of those devices. It charges with a usb-c connection and does so pretty quick and mine runs a fairly long time on a full charge. The ambient lighting on it is just right as far as i'm concerned being not overly bright and times out so it's not constantly lighting if it's not being used.
